Our next walk will take place on Saturday 16th of March!

Here is a message from walking group leader, Samantha:

“It’s a tough 5.5 assent of the wonderful Parlick Pike, Chipping– weather permitting, if the weather is bad* I will lead a alternative walk from the same start point, which will be the car park behind the cobbled corner cafe, Chipping, Pr3 2GN. We will be setting off at 11.00. So be there before, with time to spare. The walk up parlick is on reasonably good paths but is steep in places though the views are stunning and well worth the effort. 

Please wear sturdy footwear and bring waterproof clothing as it is exposed to the elements at the top.

As always there is no prior sign up to attend one of our walks, but you will be asked by Samantha to fill out some details upon arrival 😊

*if a walk cannot go ahead due to bad weather (this includes an alternative walk), an email will be sent out as early as possible and a post will go out to our social media and website. So please, always check before you leave the house- especially if the weather looks bad. If you want to attend a walk but are unsure of the weather, please send an email to didierm@lancslgbt.org.uk a few days before who will inform you if a walk has been cancelled
