A podcast episode Lancashire LGBT worked on with Queer Britain and Aunt Nell last year came runner up (to the bbc!) at the prestigious Sandford St Martin awards in London this week. It has also been nominated for a Radio Academy award!

Congratulations to everyone involved, including those who joined us for the workshop at the Lancashire Archives in Preston in 2024- it is an honour to be recognised for queer stories in the north west!

Episode 2 of the Quilt podcast: Presenter Tash meets Adelaide to talk about pioneering church of St James and Emmanuel in Didsbury village, and Saha, a trans woman who moved to the UK from Southern India and feels connected to her ancestry and queerness through old ruins found in Williamson Park, Lancaster.
