The team at Lancashire LGBT are very sad to share the news of Les’ passing.

For those of you who did not have the pleasure to meet him, Les was an incredibly popular volunteer, who helped run the walking group alongside Samantha.

Les joined Lancashire LGBT as a walking group leader back in 2014- In fact, he was our first ever volunteer! During those 10 years, Les gave up so much of his time in support of our mission: to make Lancashire an inclusive safe space for all LGBTQ+ people- something he always championed. We are incredibly proud of the work he and Samantha have created with the walking group.

As a mark of respect we ask you to join a walk in memory of Les. This will take place in April. Details of the walk will be shared closer to the time. For now we ask you keep his family and friends in your thoughts
