Following the success of our Lunch n’ Learn series during Pride Month last year, Lancashire LGBT is launching a Lunch n’ Learn series for History Month. This is ideal for organisations looking to celebrate or mark this special occasion.
Delivered online or in-person by Lancashire LGBT CEO Dr Lewis Turner, these sessions will run an hour, and include:
- LGBTQ+ History (inc. Lancashire)
- Background to Lancashire LGBT
- Inclusive service provision: overcoming barriers that some LGBTQ+ people experience accessing services; improving confidence in delivering services
- LGBTQ+ Terminology
- Wellbeing and inclusion in the workplace: top tips on retention and recruitment
