Do you have experience of managing volunteers? Experience of project management? Do you have a good understanding of the challenges and issues LGBTQ+ people experience? Are you a self-starter who is reliable, with excellent communication and administration skills? Lancashire LGBT would like to hear from you!
We are looking for a Programme Coordinator primarily to recruit, retain and manage volunteers as well as be responsible for communications and project monitoring.
This role is funded for 4 years with potential for promotion and progression in our charity.
