Our next walk will be on Saturday 30th April , an easy 7 mile walk around the lovely Cuerden Valley Park near Bamber Bridge, commencing at 11:00 a.m.
Good paths through lovely woods and meadows along lakesides and streams.
Meeting at the pay and display car park, post code PR5 6AS off the A49 Wigan Road.
4 hour’s parking is £2.50 for 4 hours or park carefully on the pavement under the motorway bridge outside the car park.
Setting off at 11.00 o’clock prompt. Please wear appropriate walking gear, bring water and a packed lunch is recommended.
Also drinks and food optional after the walk 3 minutes from the car park at the Ye Olde Hob Inn.
