We are delighted to announce that bookings are now open for this year’s Trans Residential weekend at Borwick Hall near Carnforth, which will run from the morning of Saturday 5th October  to the afternoon of Sunday the 6th.. It’s a weekend of practical workshops and opportunities to socialise with other trans people and make new friends, and it’s aimed particularly at people who are exploring their gender identity, preparing to transition or undergoing transition. People who have already transitioned are also welcome to apply.

We will prioritise people who have not previously attended one of our trans residential weekends – if you have been before (to either the Alston Hall or the Borwick Hall weekends) you will be put on a reserve list.( In recent years we have managed to fill all the available participant places with new people.)

You must be at least 18 years old to attend, and resident in the North-West. All gender identities welcome.

Places in twin rooms are free. We encourage participants to share a twin room with someone of a similar gender identity. This allows for more people to attend. However, if you if you do require a room to yourself we will ask you to contribute to the extra cost, payable on arrival.

To book a place, please email hello@lancslgbt.org.uk for the link to the online form; or phone us on 01772 717461 for more information. We can then send you the booking link.
